Priory View Campsite lies in the heart of Ulverston's historical industrial landscape. Surrounded by remnants of the brickworks, iron ore mines, and shipbuilding industry, the campsite itself stands on the grounds of the wireworks. A former builder, Mr McCann acquired the site for his business in the 60's and with his family redeveloped the land into Ulverston's best kept secret, a secluded, family orientated campsite that regularly welcomes visitors from around Europe.
